Fibromyalgia Personal Training
Together, fitness becomes easier!
Do you have fibromyalgia or a similar chronic condition? You still want to move (again), but without triggering a flare-up or additional pain? Then you’re in the right place.
Do you want to be more active again, but your fibromyalgia is holding you back?
I understand you all too well. As someone living with fibromyalgia myself, I know how important movement is to feeling better. But we, as fibro warriors, can’t just do the same workouts as everyone else. We need special attention, lighter and shorter training sessions, and the ability to constantly tune in to our bodies to ensure that what we’re doing is truly beneficial for us.
I call this tuning into your body “Fit by Intuition.”
Every person with fibromyalgia is different. Some need to be slowed down to avoid overexertion in daily life, while others need encouragement to trust their bodies again. I’m sure you want to feel fitter, but every time you try to move more, your body crashes, and you feel worse than before. It doesn’t have to be that way!

What is Fibromyalgia Personal Training?
A workout that won’t overwhelm you
There are many ways to train from home – YouTube, fitness apps, online courses, including my own “Fit by Intuition“ online movement programs. But the common challenge with all these options is that you don’t know if the exercises are truly good for you.
Personal training is different (and better! 😊) We train together, you receive personalized feedback on your movements, and we celebrate every small victory.
A workout that seamlessly fits into your daily life
Going to the gym takes a lot of time and energy. Training from home is much more time-efficient and requires less effort. Plus, online training allows you to move in the comfort of your own space. You avoid comparing yourself to others and don’t have to deal with the judgmental looks of fitter people at the gym. And no more carrying a heavy gym bag – just roll out your mat in the living room, and you’re ready to go!
A workout that provides the accountability you need
Even though you firmly planned to exercise, you once again couldn’t motivate yourself to get off the couch or step away from your desk. Without a fixed appointment in your calendar, something always gets in the way – sometimes even your physical pain.
With a scheduled session, you are expected to show up, and you can plan your responsibilities around your training.
How I work
Since 1996, I have been supporting women as a fitness coach. From my own experience, I know how important movement is, especially when dealing with health challenges. But it’s just as crucial to listen to your body’s signals and avoid overexertion.
Small, simple workouts that gently stretch the fascia are perfect when you’re starting to train again. The key is to do something good for yourself and your body.
I will guide you with care, meeting you exactly where you are in your fitness journey. Over time, you’ll find yourself looking forward to our online workout “dates” and naturally incorporating more activity into your daily life.
I’ll show you that movement is relaxing and possible anywhere. You just need to develop the habit of doing it.

My goal is to support you in enjoying movement again – without pain.

Fibro-Friendly Personal Training that fits you
In my fibro-friendly personal training program, we start slowly and gently prepare your body for physical activity. Your body will learn that short, light movement sessions won’t harm it – in fact, it will soon start looking forward to them!
At the beginning of each session, I’ll ask you what your body needs today to feel better afterward. Our focus (at first) is not on performance improvement but on helping you realize that moderate, adapted movement is beneficial and that you don’t have to fear new flare-ups.
