Woman In Pink Top Does Stretching Outside On A Staircase.

Hey, I’m Kerstin
and I live with fibromyalgia.

My mission is to empower women with fibromyalgia to rediscover the joy of life – so they can do what they love with more ease and confidence.

Together, we create gentle, practical strategies that bring more lightness and energy into your daily routine. It’s not about pushing limits but about tuning into your body with care and giving it the support it truly deserves.

I know how it feels.

Since the mid-2000s, I have repeatedly felt pain and exhaustion that I could not explain. Despite numerous visits to the doctor and examinations, the cause remained a mystery for a long time. For many years I wondered whether I was just imagining it – but the symptoms were real and increasingly limited me.

It wasn’t until 2019 that I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. On the one hand, it was a relief to finally know what was wrong with me, but on the other hand, this diagnosis presented me with many questions and challenges.

With the support of a fibromyalgia coach and targeted changes to my lifestyle, I have learned to deal with the illness better. Today I know that I can actively do something for my well-being – step by step, without pressure and without overburdening myself.

Now I want to share my knowledge and experience with others so that you can realize it too: Fibromyalgia may change your path, but it doesn’t have to stop you. Together we can find ways to make your life more active, easier and more fulfilling again.

3 things that are important to me.

Health

Health

This means that I make myself my top priority, because my health is my most valuable asset. Only when I am healthy and at my best can I take the best possible care of other people. I am happy to show you that doing something for your health is both fun and brings joy to your life.

Line

Perseverance

This means that I keep my goal in mind even in difficult times and move towards it step by step, even if I sometimes only make very slow progress. Setbacks are not a failure, because I take away a learning experience that helps me move forward. I am happy when we continue to develop together – and keep at it!

Flower

Recognition

This means that I feel grateful for everything I have already achieved and am not annoyed about what I have not (yet) achieved. Because recognition also means a high level of motivation. Are you motivated to start a more active, fitter and more energetic life now? Then I look forward to getting to know you.

I know how you feel …

… as a woman with chronic restrictions, a busy schedule and little time for yourself. That’s why I show women like YOU how you can integrate small, good habits into your everyday life despite a lack of energy, pain and stress.

It’s not about overwhelming you – it’s about giving you moments of lightness that do you good, strengthen you and give you more joy in your everyday life. You will notice: When you feel better, you can take better care of the people and things that are important to you – be it your job, your family or your own well-being.

… I love discovering new places in the world. Preferably where there are few other tourists – and where there are extraordinary dishes to try. For me, traveling is not only relaxation, but also inspiration. I often create fitness videos in the process, which I share on my YouTube channel (in German).

… you’ll find me in the mountains. Whether it’s around the corner in the Alps or far away on the way to Everest Base Camp in Nepal – the main thing is that I’m out in nature and can enjoy the fresh air. Exercise in nature gives me energy and helps me to become more aware of my body again.

… I like to sit in a café with a good book. My favorite reading revolves around topics such as personal development, fibromyalgia and self-care. I rarely read novels, but when I do, classics like Harry Potter are a must. 😉

6 fun facts about me

I want to bring joy back to you.

My goal is to put a smile on the faces of the people I meet. I want to show you how you can feel better – despite fibromyalgia – both in the moment and in the long term. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being mindful of yourself and making your health a priority.

Because health means joie de vivre. And this joy is contagious: when you start to feel more energy again, you will also inspire the people around you. Together we can make small changes that have a big impact – for you and for those who are important to you.

6 fun facts about me.

Did you know that…

  • … my power animal is a squirrel, because I am just as curious, scurrying and greedy as they are.
  • … I have made it my mission to find the best chai latte in the world? It’s currently in Melbourne, Australia. Who knows if the top position will change again.
  • … I have taught fitness classes on all 7 continents? The most difficult was Standing Pilates on a wobbly ship on the way back from Antarctica to Argentina, but also by far the most impressive setting.
  • … my favorite place is a hammock? Ideally outdoors on the beach in the shade, but since I’ve been living in Germany again, I’ve setup a hammock in my office.
  • … I don’t usually cook a recipe from a cookbook or magazine a second time? My husband always jokes that he never gets delicious dishes back. But I think there are so many amazing reicipes that want to be tried. As I love variety, I’m always experimenting in the kitchen.
  • … I can spend hours in a supermarket abroad, examining and soaking up everything on offer? Much to the despair of my husband, who has absolutely no patience for such travel experiences.
