The good news: it doesn’t have to be this way. With my three gentle, fibro‑friendly Fit by Intuition exercise programs, you can train mindfully and move in a way that truly suits your body.

Find the Right Starting Point for Your Body

My “Fit by Intuition” programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re just beginning to move again, looking for short daily workouts, or ready to explore gentle Pilates, there’s a program that fits your energy level.

  1. Starter Program – 1 minute per day
    Build a simple daily exercise habit with one easy movement.
  2. Easy Workouts – 5 minutes per session
    Short videos to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility step by step.
  3. Pilates Program – 15 minutes per session
    A gentle introduction to Pilates for more core strength and overall well-being.

Choose the option that feels right today, and progress at your own pace.

Option 1:
Fit by Intuition” Starter Program

Training time: 1 minute per day

The 30‑day Starter Program is perfect if you haven’t exercised in a while or want to build a consistent routine.

This program helps you ease back into movement with just one simple exercise each day. Invest 60 seconds whenever it fits into your schedule and start feeling more active and confident—step by step.

Option 2:
Fit by Intuition” Easy Workouts

Training time: 5 minutes per session

After completing the Starter Program—or whenever you feel ready—you can move on to the Easy Workouts.

This program includes 20 short exercise videos, each just 5 minutes long. The simple, follow-along routines help you gradually improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, making everyday movements feel easier and more natural.

Option 3:
Fit by Intuition” Pilates

Training time: 15 minutes per session

Once you feel comfortable moving for 15 minutes, you’re ready for the Pilates Program—a gentle and mindful way to further increase your activity and quality of life.

This online program is perfect if you want an easy introduction to Pilates. The guided sessions strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance mobility, all while being gentle on your body.

Every person with fibromyalgia is different. Some people need a very gentle introduction. If you want to start carefully or are afraid of overexertion or new pain, the Starter Program is well suited for you.

If you can already tolerate a few minutes of exercise, but may not have that much time or want to start slowly, but still want something more challenging than the Starter Program, then the Easy Workouts program with 20x 5-minute videos is ideal.

If you would like to exercise a little longer but are looking for an easy introduction, the Pilates program with 20x 15-minute videos is a good choice.

If you haven’t been exercising regularly for a while and / or feel exhausted very quickly, then I recommend you begin with the Starter Program.

The Starter Program takes you gently by the hand for 30 days and, in addition to daily exercises, gives you tips and information about exercise with fibromyalgia by email.
