Free initial consultation
The first step is to get to know each other without any obligation. In a video call, we will discuss your current challenges, your goals and what you hope to gain from our collaboration. You can ask all your questions and together we will find out whether my approach suits you.
Your individual program
After the initial consultation, you decide if you like to work with me for coaching or personal training. Either program will be tailored to you and your needs. Whether you only need a few sessions or would like longer support, we will design a plan that fits into your everyday life and really helps you move forward.
The collaboration begins
Now we are taking off! In our coaching sessions, we work on your goals step by step. For personal training, we start super slow and build up gradually. I adapt the content flexibly to your progress and your current situation. You will receive strategies suitable for everyday life that will help you to make your life easier and more active.
