Die Person, mit der du trainieren sollst, hat von <strong>Fibromyalgie noch nie etwas geh\u00f6rt.<\/strong> Dein Trainer ist gut ausgebildet, hat viel Erfahrung, arbeitet schon seit einigen Jahren in diesem Studio und ist sehr beliebt bei den Mitgliedern. Du denkst, dass das reicht, um mit DIR zu trainieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STOPP!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dein K\u00f6rper hat bereits Schmerzen und reagiert empfindlich auf ungewohnte Belastung.<br>Du bist oft ersch\u00f6pft und m\u00fcde.<br>L\u00e4ngere Zeit hast du dich nicht mehr regelm\u00e4\u00dfig bewegt.<br>Dir zwickt es heute hier und morgen da und jeden Tag hast du eine andere Befindlichkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du mit einem Trainer zusammenarbeitest, der von Fibromyalgie und deinen besonderen k\u00f6rperlichen Empfindsamkeiten keine oder wenig Ahnung hat, dann wirst du von deinem Training nicht profitieren. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass dein Trainer dich \u00fcberfordert. <strong>\u00dcbungen, die f\u00fcr andere Anf\u00e4nger passen, sind f\u00fcr deine Bed\u00fcrfnisse vielleicht nicht geeignet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte daher genau darauf, wen du dir an deine Seite holst. Denn die falsche Trainerperson, egal wie gut ausgebildet sie auch sein mag, schadet dir mehr, als dass sie dir f\u00f6rderlich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">=&gt; Genau so ist es mir selbst als Kundin vor kurzem ergangen. Nach meinem Umzug zur\u00fcck nach Deutschland wollte ich mich nach Jahren der Fitnessstudio-Abstinenz wieder in einem Studio anmelden. <br><br>Beim ersten Trainertermin, den auch ich wahrnehme, denn jedes Studio hat andere Ger\u00e4te, habe ich der Trainerin von meiner Fibromyalgie erz\u00e4hlt. Wenn ich diese Aufforderung befolgen w\u00fcrde, dann h\u00e4tte auch ich ungewollte flare-ups und w\u00fcrde mich die n\u00e4chsten 3 Wochen nicht mehr vom Sofa hoch bewegen.&nbsp;<br><br>=&gt; Generell ist Training an Kraftmaschinen f\u00fcr Menschen mit Fibromyalgie nicht die beste Wahl. Auch ich habe in den letzten Jahren keine Fitnessstudio-Ger\u00e4te anger\u00fchrt und meinen K\u00f6rper lieber mit YinYoga, Pilates, Stretching oder Faszientraining verw\u00f6hnt. Das ist die Zeit, die wir gemeinsam verbringen. Was aber nicht bedeutet, dass wir unbedingt 30 Minuten Sport machen. Mit meiner Kundin Kim beispielsweise trainiere ich etwa 15 Minuten. Den Rest der Zeit widmen wir uns einer Atem\u00fcbung oder um zu checken, wie es ihr sonst im Bezug auf Bewegung, Alltagsaktivit\u00e4t und ihrem Leben generell mit der Fibromyalgie in der letzten Woche ergangen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die erste Frage zu Beginn jedes Personal Trainings lautet: <strong>\u201eWas brauchst du heute, damit du dich nach unserer Session besser f\u00fchlst?\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und deine Antwort auf diese Frage kann von Termin zu Termin anders aussehen. Mal hast du etwas mehr Energie und m\u00f6chtest deine Bauchmuskulatur st\u00e4rken. Das n\u00e4chste Training f\u00fchlst du dich schlapp und eine energiespendende Faszien Einheit passt besser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du an einem Trainingstermin gar keine Kraft hast, dann lockern wir uns ein wenig und \u00fcben dann deine Atmung oder bringen dein Stresslevel durch ein paar YinYoga \u00dcbungen oder eine sch\u00f6ne Meditation runter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irgendwas geht immer. Die Kinder sind krank \u2013 der Job ist besonders stressig \u2013 die Eltern m\u00fcssen betreut werden \u2013 du hast zu viel W\u00e4sche zu waschen. Whatever &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine wichtige Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass du dich <strong>BEREIT<\/strong> f\u00fcr Bewegung f\u00fchlst. Du solltest also \u00e4rztlich gut eingestellt sein, so dass deine Fibro-Medikamente dir zumindest so viel Wirkung zeigen, dass du den Weg auf deine Gymnastikmatte oder deinen K\u00fcchenstuhl f\u00fcr Training im Sitzen schaffst.
