Manche sind mir anfangs schwergefallen, andere waren sofort eine Hilfe. Besonders bew\u00e4hrt hat sich f\u00fcr mich eine ganz einfache \u00dcbung: <strong>bewusste Atmung mit Hand auf dem Bauch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich kuschele mich in die H\u00e4ngematte, lege eine Hand auf meinen Bauch und sp\u00fcre f\u00fcr ein bis zwei Minuten, wie sich mein Atem bewegt. Wenn Gedanken auftauchen, lasse ich sie einfach vorbeiziehen, so wie Wolken am Himmel. Diese kleine \u00dcbung hilft mir, Anspannung nicht mehr als \u201ealles bestimmend\u201c zu erleben, sondern etwas mehr Abstand zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade an Tagen, an denen ich mich gestresst f\u00fchle, nutze ich diese kurze Atem\u00fcbung, um wieder ins Hier und Jetzt zu kommen. Sie dauert kaum l\u00e4nger als eine Minute, ist \u00fcberall m\u00f6glich und schenkt mir jedes Mal ein St\u00fcck Gelassenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht findest du mit der Zeit deine ganz eigene Lieblings\u00fcbung.
